Community Guidelines

Yoke is for singing with friends. These rules keep rooms fun and safe. They are part of the Terms of Service and apply to everything you do on Yoke: your display name, room titles, songs you queue, and what you show or say on live video.

1. Adults only

You must be 18 or older. Do not bring anyone under 18 onto a call, and do not invite minors to rooms. See our Child Safety Standards.

2. Private rooms

• Rooms are joined only by invite code or link. Share your code only with people you know and trust.
• The host can remove anyone from the room at any time.
• Do not post invite codes publicly to gather strangers.

3. What is not allowed

Sexual content and nudity

• No nudity, sexual acts, or sexually explicit content on camera, in names, room titles or song choices meant to be sexual.
• No sexual solicitation or offering sexual services.
• Zero tolerance: any content that sexualises, exploits or endangers a child, including grooming. We remove it, ban the account permanently, preserve evidence, and report it to the authorities.

Harassment, bullying and hate

• No harassment, bullying, insults aimed at a person, or unwanted sexual remarks, including online gender-based sexual harassment under the Safe Spaces Act (Republic Act No. 11313).
• No hate speech or attacks based on race, ethnicity, religion, nationality, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, or similar traits.
• No sharing other people's private information (doxxing).

Violence and threats

• No threats of violence, promotion of violence, or encouragement of self-harm.
• No showing graphic violence on camera.

Illegal activity

• No illegal activity, including selling drugs, weapons or regulated goods, gambling, or anything that breaks the Cybercrime Prevention Act (Republic Act No. 10175).

Recording and rebroadcasting

• Do not record, screen-capture, or screen-record other people's video or voice without their consent.
• Do not livestream or rebroadcast a Yoke room to another platform.
• Yoke itself never records calls.

Impersonation, spam and scams

• No pretending to be another person, brand, or Yoke staff.
• No spam, phishing, scams, pyramid schemes, or asking people for money, credits or personal details.
• No selling or trading credits or accounts.

Copyright

• Play songs through Yoke's YouTube player only. Do not play or share pirated content on camera.

4. Safety tools

• Report: tap "Report a safety concern" in any room or in Account. Choose a reason (harassment, sexual content, minor safety, hate, spam, other) and add details.
• Block: block a user from their profile in a room or from Account. Blocked users cannot join rooms you host, and you will not be able to join theirs. You can unblock them in Account.
• Remove: hosts can remove anyone from their room. A removed person cannot rejoin that room.
• Leave: you can leave any room at any time.
• Filters: display names and room titles go through an automatic filter, and song search uses YouTube's strict SafeSearch.
• Delete: you can delete your account at any time at Delete your account.
• Email: info@queaytech.com.

If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first (911 in the Philippines).

5. How we review reports

• We aim to review every report within 24 hours. Reports about minors are prioritised.
• Because Yoke does not record calls, we rely on reports, details you provide, account history, and room data.
• We do not tell the reported user who reported them.

6. Enforcement

Depending on how serious it is and whether it has happened before, we may:

• give a warning;
• remove content such as a display name or room title;
• remove a user from a room or end a room;
• suspend the account for a period;
• permanently ban the account (and prevent new accounts); and
• report to law enforcement where required by law or where someone is at risk.

Child sexual abuse or exploitation, credible threats of violence, and fraud lead straight to a permanent ban.

7. Appeals

If you think we made a mistake, email info@queaytech.com from your account email with the subject "Appeal" within 30 days. Tell us what happened and why the decision should change. A different team member will review it and reply, usually within 7 days. Decisions about child safety violations are not reversed except in cases of clear error.
